Meet AJ Vetter
AJ Vetter is the broker and founder of Palm House Real Estate and a lifelong Florida Keys local. Raised in the Keys, AJ has spent his life on the water and in the community he now serves professionally. His deep familiarity with the Keys goes far beyond maps and market stats—he knows the bays, the dockage, the channels, and the neighborhoods because he’s lived them.
AJ is deeply involved in the local community. He coaches flag football and Little League baseball, remains active in his church, Beach Church, and was part of the building process for one of the first new churches constructed in the Keys in nearly 30 years. These connections reflect his commitment to the people and places that make this area unique.
Professionally, AJ brings a rare combination of real estate expertise and hands-on construction knowledge. He has been involved in renovations, spec homes, and the full building process, giving him valuable insight into properties beyond what’s visible at first glance. Clients rely on him not only for market guidance, but for trusted referrals across every trade—from roofing and tile to local contractors who know how to build and maintain homes in the Keys.
